Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 745 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

The 745 platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by anyone below the required age is prohibited, and we reserve the right to close any account suspected of breaching this condition without prior notice.

These terms may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for checking this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full 745 service, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you can prove that unauthorised access took place and you notified us promptly.

  • Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date if any changes occur.
  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
  • 745 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account information.

User Responsibilities & Rules

As a 745 platform user, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or bets.
  • Committing identity fraud or using another person's personal information without their consent.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorised gain.
  • Disrupting platform operations or other users by any means.
  • Distributing seditious, obscene, or unlawful content under Malaysian law.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of suspicious balances, and legal action where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 745 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of secure payment methods, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved credit/debit cards.

Deposits into your account must come from legitimate sources and be made in your own name. 745 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the specified limits. This verification process is part of our commitment to anti-money laundering compliance.

  • Deposit processing time: typically within 15–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawal processing time: 1–3 working days, depending on the method selected.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy.
  • Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed to users before the transaction is finalised.

745 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 745 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running without interruption, we cannot guarantee it will be entirely free from technical errors, disruptions, or unplanned downtime. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such technical issues.

745 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:

  • Confirmed violation of any of the stated terms.
  • Suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
  • Requests from legitimate law enforcement authorities.
  • Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's policy.

In the event of account closure for valid reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with our internal review procedures.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

All content on the 745 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 745 or its respective licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 745 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites, and users are advised to review their terms separately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 745 platform shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
